Korean solo artist Naul proved himself one of the strongest vocalists here by making fast debut at No. 1 on Gaon's singles chart last week.
“Memory of the Wind,” the R&B tune listed in his first solo album “Principle Of My Soul,” took the throne on Gaon’s singles chart during the week of September 16 to 22.
In the meantime, the runner-up honor went to G-Dragon's "Missing You," featuring Korean rock band Jaurim’s frontwoman Kim Yuna.
His title track "Crayon," a cross-genre tune mixed with electronic and hip-hop music, climbed up ten steps to No. 3 last week.
Other songs in the top ten included Orange Caramel’s “LIPSTICK,” Huh Gak’s “It Hurts,” Naul’s “Missing You,” G-Dragon’s “One Of a Kind” and “Eventually.”
Meanwhile, G-Dragon entered Gaon’s album chart at No. 1 with his first mini-album “One of a Kind,” making up to his dedicated fans’ strong support.
While the Big Bang's leader held tight to the top spot, Naul landed at No. 2 with “Principle of My Soul” and Secret’s third mini-album “Poison” ranked at No. 3 last week.
