Songstress Baek Ji-young is to make her comeback with a dance album in May, according to her agency WS Entertainment on Wednesday.
Dropping a new album in three years after her breakthrough release "EGO" in 2009, the ballad queen is about to bring her fans to their feet with a whole new concept melted in the upcoming mini-album, WS said in a statement.
During the past few years, she has been showing off her belting strengths in ballad and dance genres by releasing "EGO" and singing main theme songs on various drama soundtracks, such as "Iris" (KBS, 2009), "Secret Garden" (SBS, 2010-2011), "The Greatest Love" (MBC, 2011) and the current "Rooftop Prince" (SBS, 2012).
Aside from taking part in dramas, she has a number of hit songs under her belt including "Like Being Shot By a Bullet" "My Ear's Candy" with 2PM's Taecyeon and "Time Goes By."
