Secret to release 1st Japanese mini-album next week

Korean girl group Secret will release their first Japanese mini-album next week, according to their agency TS Entertainment.

On Wednesday, an official with TS told 10Asia that Secret's mini-album titled "Shy Boy" will go on sale in the country on November 16 in three different editions.

"The girls will be leaving for Japan early next week to begin promoting 'Shy Boy' and will also attend a special release event with select fans to commemorate the release of their album at the Akasaka Blitz in Japan on the same day," the official explained.

"Shy Boy" is composed of six tracks including the Japanese version of their hit song "Shy Boy" and a Christmas version of their "Starlight Moonlight."

Secret, composed of members Han Sun-hwa, Jun Hyo-seong, Song Ji-eun and Zinger, made their debut in 2009 with single "I Want You Back." They recently made their comeback with their first full-length album "Moving in Secret" featuring the title track "Love is Move."

The quartet also expanded their singing career to Japan with the release of their debut single "Madonna."
