After a long line of male celebrities on tvN's "Saturday Night Live-Season 2," female singers Bada, Horan and T-ara's Eunjung are to bring feminine touch to the show as the special hosts of next week's episode.
tvN brought the news through a press release Wednesday, announcing that the three female vocalists will guest star on the seventh episode of "SNL Korea-Season 2," set to air live on July 7.
Born Choi Sung-hee, Bada was the leader of female trio S.E.S, one of the most popular female idol groups in the 1990s.
She has pursued her solo career after the group disbanded in 2002, releasing several singles and starred in musicals "The Peppermint (2003)," "Tell Me on a Sunday (2007)," "Notre Dame de Paris (2007)" and "200 Pounds Beauty (2008)."
Having made her debut as a child actor in the early 1990s, Eunjung has many works in her filmography, including SBS TV series "Coffee House" (2010), KBS' musical drama "Dream High" (2011) and films "Death Bell" (2008) and "White" (2011).
The idol singer has recently signed on to star in SBS' "Five Fingers," which will air on August 4, opposite actor Ju Ji-hoon.
