Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun will visit Tokyo to promote his slash-hit TV series “The Moon Embracing the Sun” (MBC, 2012).
The up-and-coming actor is set to host promotional events for the period-set drama on January 8th and 9th next year according to KEYEAST, the firm representing Kim.
Co-starring actor Jung Il-woo and actress Han Ga-in, the historical fiction is a love story between the king of the Joseon Dynasty and a female shaman.
Meanwhile, actor Jung Woo-sung and actress Han Ji-min also announced their plan to hold a large-scale promotion event for “Padam Padam” (JTBC, 2011-2012) at Merpark Hall in Tokyo, Japan next January 27.
Penned by famed scenarist Noh Hee-kyung of KBS’ drama “Worlds Within” (2008), “Padam Padam” follows the story of a man released from prison after 16 years for a murder that he did not commit.
