Female songstress G.NA and boy band INFINITE celebrated their wins on televised music programs over the weekend.
Collecting her first win since her comeback in late May, G.NA's latest title track "2HOT," from her third mini-album "BLOOM," sat atop the music chart compiled by KBS' "Music Bank" on Friday.
"Oh my goodness! I thank everyone at Cube Entertainment and especially my mom for this victory. I also want to thank my dad who is watching me from heaven. Thank you to all my fans! This win wouldn’t have been possible without you all," G.NA said during her tearful acceptance speech.
On SBS' Sunday program "Inkigayo," meanwhile, INFINITE took home their second Mutizen Award with their dance tune "The Chaser" off the third mini-album "INFINITIZE."
INFINITE -- formed of Sung-kyu, Dong-woo, Woo-hyun, L, Sung-yeol, Hoya and Sung-jong -- is currently on a roll with the latest album by claiming a number of wins on various televised music programs.
