Jang Keun-suk named new face of Caffe Bene

Hallyu star Jang Keun-suk has been chosen as a new model and spokesperson for Caffe Bene.

Receiving the baton from the former male model Song Seung-heon, Jang Keun-suk will now be presenting Caffe Bene as a model with actress Han Ye-seul, Jang's agency YTree Media said on Friday.

As the franchise firm has been expanding their market into overseas, Caffe Bene has decided to cast Jang, who holds a strong fan base in Asia, the officials noted.

Jang has been active with his activities in the small screen in recent years, and currently plays the lead role in KBS' "Love Rain" with Girls Generation's member Yoona.

As soon as the series wraps up its run in late May, he will focus on promoting his first official album in Japan titled "Just Crazy."

Meanwhile, Jang is scheduled to launch his second Asia tour, 'THE CRI SHOW 2,' in July. Starting with its first stop in Seoul, Korea he will continue with the show in other Asian countries including Japan, China, Taiwan and Thailand.
