Lee Hi Uncovers Debut Album Details

SBS "KPOP STAR" finalist Lee Hi is on her way to introduce her debut album "1, 2, 3, 4."

In the run-up to the release on October 29, YG Entertainment revealed its details and Lee's teaser photo hinting at her brand new concept.

With orange-brown hair and a pair of round sunglasses, she is giving off fresh charm of a rookie artist but more matured look than when she auditioned for SBS' singing competition program earlier this year.

YG officials said the firm's chief Yang Hyun-suk has been in charge of the whole producing process, first and last, whereas YG runs by its musicians producing their own music and albums.

Music video director Han Sa-min of Big Bang's "MONSTER" and 2NE1's "Lonely" is working on the debut single as well, with a double of the average music video investment amount put in, the firm added.

However, contrary to many's expectations, YG's renown producer and rapper Teddy is not on board this time.

Lee's debut single is a mutual project between producer CHOICE37 and songstress Lydia of G-Dragon's "ONE OF A KIND," and its lyrics were written by rapper Master Wu.

Getting back to the limelight in about six months after belting out popular hit songs alongside Park Ji-min and Baek A-yeon, she will continue to count down to October 29 release by unleashing teasers every day.
