Korean singer ZUNO, older twin brother of JYJ member Junsu, will make his official singing debut in Japan in August, according to various Japanese media outlets including Oricon Style and Sankei Sports on Thursday.

Oricon and Sankei reported that ZUNO will kick off his activities in Japan with the release of his debut single in the country on August 3.

"I am really excited that I will be able to meet my fans again," ZUNO was quoted as saying. "I will work hard on my activities and try to make it into the top ten of the prestigious Oricon chart."

In March, ZUNO held a showcase at Japan's JCB Hall which attracted over 6,000 fans and recently signed with major Japanese recording company AVEX.

Born Kim Junho, Zuno garnered attention for his talent and potential as an entertainer in November 2008 after his appearance on a celebrity dating show. He also released his debut single in Korea and China simultaneously in March last year.
