K-pop female idols f(x) has signaled their comeback with a teaser photo of the group's upcoming album.
A teaser image of the girls donned in animal masks and holding hands for their new mini-album titled, "Electric Shock," was revealed through a press release by SM Entertainment on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the group's individual teaser photos, which are likely to reveal the album's concept, will start to be uploaded onto the girls' official website and Facebook webpage starting tomorrow.
The girls have been focusing on their individual activities during their group hiatus -- Victoria is working on the Taiwanese TV series "The Prince without a Castle" (tentative title), Luna is starring in the weekend drama "Go! Mrs. Go!," Krystal is starring in MBC's sitcom "High Kick 3" and Amber is appearing in KBS' variety program "Invincible Youth 2."
The album, which includes the title track "Hot Summer," has produced many popular songs such as "Danger" and "Gangsta Boy."
f(x), composed of members Victoria, Sulli, Luna, Krystal and Amber, f(x) made their debut in September 2009 with their first single "LA chA Ta." The girls followed it up with songs "Chocolate Love," "Chu~♡," "NU ABO" and “Danger.”
