KBS weekend drama “My Love My Family” led TV charts for a second consecutive week, according to the reports by media research companies for the final week of May.
Data revealed on Monday showed that “My Love My Family” marked average viewership ratings of 22.4 percent on Total National Multimedia Statistics’ (TNmS) chart and 24.4 percent on AGB Nielsen Media Research's (AGB) poll, remaining steady in ratings from last week.
Next highest on TV charts was MBC’s music reality show “MBC Star Audition” with viewership ratings of 19.2 percent and 21.8 percent on TNmS and AGB’s surveys, respectively.
Last Friday marked the finale of the seven-month long music competition in which Baek Chung-kang, the Chinese-Korean from Yanbian region, won the show by singing Big Mama’s ballad “Resignation” which earned him 300 million won in prize money and a car.
Other shows that appeared on the top 10 programs for the week on both chart were MBC variety show “World Changing Quiz,” SBS drama “New Gisaeng Story” and MBC dramas “Twinkle Twinkle,” “The Greatest Love” and “Can You Hear My Heart.”
