K-pop idols Amber of f(x) and Hyun-a of 4minute have taken a picture together, revealing their close friendship.

In the photograph uploaded on Amber's official me2day account [Korea's version of Twitter] on Wednesday, both girls are seen with their cheeks puffed out with a comment underneath saying, "I can't refuse when Hyun-a wants to take a picture."

Over 500 comments were posted by fans such as, "Aww...the two of you look so cute together!" "The picture looks like the perfect balance between black and white" and "I love your songs! f(x) and 4minute FIGHTING!!!"

Composed of other members Victoria, Krystal, Sulli and Luna, f(x) made a successful return to the local music scene with their first full-length album "PINOCCHIO," released on April 20, and have been promoting the title track "Danger" on various televised music programs.

4minute, composed of other members So-hyun, Ji-hyun, Ji-yoon and Ga-yoon, splashed into the local music scene with their debut single "Hot Issue" in 2009. The girls released their first regular album "4MINUTES LEFT" earlier this month and have been taking over online and offline music charts with title tracks "Mirror Mirror" and "Heart to Heart."
