Asian pop sensation BoA will be releasing her sixth full-length album in Korea next month, making a comeback to the local music scene for the first time in five years, according to her agency SM Entertainment on Thursday.
A press release from SM explained that the songstress will release her sixth studio record on August 5 in Korea. The new album will mark the ten-year anniversary since her debut in the music industry.
BoA, 23, made her debut in 2000 with the album "ID; Peace B." She is known as one of the most active K-pop stars in the international scene, having released seven studio albums in Japan.
Her last album in Korea was "Girls on Top," released in 2005, and she has been working in Japan and made her U.S. debut in March 2009.
