KBS daily drama “Smile Again” triumphed on weekly TV charts with its 10th consecutive win, revealed two media research companies on Monday.
“Smile Again” scored the highest mark on charts once again, with an average viewership rating of 41.1 percent on Total National Multimedia Statistics’ (TNmS) chart and 41.5 percent on AGB Nielsen Media Research’s (AGB) poll, staying steady in figures since breaching the 40 percent mark for the first time the previous session.
KBS’ weekend drama “My Love My Family” came second for the third week in-a-row after seeing an average viewership rating of 22.8 percent on TNmS' survey, followed by the KBS 9 ‘clock News which yielded an average viewership rating of 21.1 percent also on TNmS’ poll.
In this week’s episodes Seung-woo (Lee Sang-woo) decides to leave the country after Hye-jin (Park Ju-mi) tells him that she can no longer bear their relationship given that she is already married. However Hye-jin’s husband Dong-hoon (Lee Jae-ryeong) watches it all from afar.
Other shows that appeared on the top 10 list of both charts though slightly different in order were variety shows “Happy Sunday,” “Gag Concert,” “Infinite Challenge,” and dramas “New Gisaeng Story, “Happy Maker Soon-jung,” and “Twinkle Twinkle.”
