Korean idol Seungri released his first solo album today, making him the third Big Bang member to pursue an official solo career.
YG announced in a press release Thursday that Seungri's album, which he took part in composing, features a total of seven songs including the two title tracks "V.V.I.P" and "So What."
He will start promoting the album by performing “V.V.I.P” and “So What” on Mnet's televised music program "M! CountDown" today.
Seungri, whose real name is Lee Seung-hyun, is the youngest member of the popular Korean boy band Big Bang. He tried his hand at going solo in 2008 with song "Strong Baby," included in the group's second full-length album "Remember."
