Will Park Bom sing her new song live for fans?

Girl group 2NE1 member Park Bom is exciting fans with the prospect of getting to see the singer give a live performance of her current chart-topper "DON'T CRY."

YG had declared that Park will not promote the song on television but a message posted on YG's official blog www.yg-life.co.kr on Tuesday afternoon read, "By any chance.. Do you want to listen to Park Bom's DON'T CRY live?"

"DON'T CRY," Park's solo song from the girls' upcoming mini-album released last Thursday, has topped all online music charts in the country.

The album itself will be composed of a total of six songs which the girls will promote by revealing a new track every three weeks. "DON'T CRY" is the first track YG has revealed.

Park, the lead vocalist of her quartet, has been widely recognized for her singing talent. She released her first solo album "You And I" in October 2009 which was a hit as well and has lent her vocals for song "OH YEAH" for labelmates GD&T.O.P.

Her group, which debuted in 2009, is well-known for a number of hit songs including "Fire" and "I Don't Care."
