4minute Hyun-a unveils teaser video to solo album

4minute rapper Hyun-a revealed a teaser clip her upcoming solo album today.

The clip, the teaser to “Bubble Pop!” which is the title track to her first mini-album of the same name set for release on July 5, was released on 4minute’s official YouTube account.

The 20-second clip showed Hyun-a strutting under the hot sun of Okinawa in Japan and giving the short warning, “Don’t you force your standards on me!”

Just yesterday, Hyun-a had disclosed “A Bitter Day," the only ballad in her upcoming album where she raps against the backdrop of acoustic sounds with featuring by Yong Jun-hyung from boy band BEAST.

“Bubble Pop!” which will be Hyun-a's second solo work following her debut digital single “Change” released in January last year, will also introduce songs “Attention," “Downtown” and “Just Follow” with featurings by other Cube artists including Ji-yoon from her group and singer DOK2.

Hyun-a, 19, debuted in 2009 as member to 4minute, also composed of other girls Ji-hyun, Ji-yoon, Ga-yoon and So-hyun with debut single “Hot Issue” and has since enjoyed success in several Asian countries as well.
