Korean idol group 2PM will make a comeback to public TV today through terrestrial broadcaster KBS's music show "Music Bank", according to the group's agency on Friday.

They had kicked off their activities to promote their new album "01:59PM" yesterday, performing at cable music channel Mnet's "M Super Concert - KB Oh good Concert".

"We are very nervous and excited to be meeting everyone with our even more unconventional concept and new music. We'll do our best to put on a good performance," the boy band was quoted as saying in the statement by JYP Entertainment (JYPE).

At the show, 2PM will sing their new title song "Heartbeat", written and composed by their producer Park Jin-young, also founder and owner of JYPE.

The new album, the group's first full-length album, carries a total of 13 tracks including seven new songs and six remix versions of songs from their current and former single albums.

Many tracks on the album have entered music charts with "Heartbeat" placing within the top 10 of most charts.

2PM, one of the most popular idol groups in Korea, had been preparing for a comeback since leader Park Jae-beom quit the group in early September over controversial comments he made about Korea on his MySpace account before his debut.
