Korean singer Shin Hye-sung is being featured in a special television program in Japan, which premiered last week and is set to run until December.
According to a press release by PR firm The J Story, Japan's DATV is running a five-month long TV special on the singer titled "Music Factory Special."
"Starting July 12, Shin Hye-sung's feature program 'Music Factory Special' will run every two weeks until December on Japan's DATV (SkyPerfect TV CATV)," an official at Shin's agency Live Works Company was quoted as saying.
The show will introduce various aspects about the singer including his debut years up to the present, as well as the music video for his solo album.
DATV is an exclusive Asian entertainment channel which introduces popular celebrities and television dramas from the region. Other Korean stars to have been featured on the channel include actors Bae Yong-joon and Lee Jun-ki.
Footage from Shin's "Find voice in song" concert, held June 6 and 7 in Tokyo, as well as behind-the-scenes videos will be featured in an upcoming episode of "Music Factory Special" in September.
The singer, who kicked off his Asian fan meeting tour in Shanghai on July 18, will be meeting with fans in Taiwan on Sunday.
