K-pop boy band SHINee unveiled their new single "Ring Ding Dong" on the Internet today, according to their agency on Wednesday.

The group revealed their title song "Ring" from their third mini-album "2009, Year Of Us" on various online music sites including Melon, Dosirak and Mnet, SM Entertainment said in a press release.

"Ring", an Afro-electro tune which contains lyrics about falling helplessly in love, is reportedly getting favorable reviews from the fans.

The idol group is set to perform "Ring" for the first time on KBS's "Music Bank" on Friday, ahead of the release of the mini-album itself the following Monday.

SHINee, one of the most popular idol groups in Korea, has had several K-pop hits, most notably their debut single "Older Girl, You're So Pretty" and the recent chart topper "Juliette" from their previous mini-album released in May.
