Jazz group Incognito to perform in Korea next month
British jazz group Incognito will be coming to Korea for the second time in two years for their concert next month, according to the concert's promoter Southern Star on Friday.
Southern Star announced in a press release that Incognito will take the stage of the AX-Korea in Seoul on April 9 for their second performance in the country after they visited in 2009 for the Seoul Jazz Festival.
Korean electronic acid jazz group House Rulez will give the opening performance for the show.
Composed of frontman and composer Jean-Paul Maunick and other notable singers Tony Momrelle, Imaani and Maysa Leak, Incognito released their debut album Jazz Funk in 1981 followed by 13 more records and they have been promoting their latest release "Transatlantic RPM."
The group found success in the UK singles chart with their cover version of "Always There" which came in sixth place as well as their follow up song "Don't You Worry 'Bout A Thing" which placed within the top 20.

They have also contributed to several organizations such as the AIDS benefit in 1996.
