Major talenthouse JYP Entertainment's sub-label AQ Entertainment has released images hinting that their girl group miss A will soon release a new song.

Two images were revealed successively on their website http://www.aq-ent.com on Thursday and Friday of last week, showing the girls styling bright and bold colors accompanied with the phrases 'STEP UP' and '2ND SINGLE.'

The band, composed of Korean members Min and Suzy, and Chinese members Fei and Jia, had been on a break since promoting their debut single "Bad Girl Good Girl" for about a month in July.

They had stormed into the music scene at the time, sweeping music charts of web-based providers and televised programs for up to a month, a rare feat for a newcomer group to achieve in the rapidly changing Korean music environment.

The girls, armed with strong vocals and dancing skills, had donned simple and sexy outfits for "Bad Girl Good Girl."

The date for miss A's comeback has yet to be announced.
