Korean actor Kim Nam-gil has recovered from the H1N1 influenza flu and gone back to work over the weekend, according to his agency on Monday.


An official at Star J Entertainment explained that the actor, who was diagnosed with the flu on Thursday, fully recovered in three days and returned to the set of MBC TV series "Queen Seon-deok" on Sunday.

The writers of "Seon-deok" were planning on re-writing the storyline for Kim's character when he came down with the flu, but sources now say that shooting is being carried out according to the original schedule.


The 28-year-old actor, who has been starring in the chart-topping historical drama which premiered in May, has appeared in several TV series and movies including "Be Strong Geum Soon", "Goodbye Solo", "Portrait of Beauty" and "No Regrets".
