Korean idol group SHINee topped broadcaster SBS' music chart with their single "Ring Ding Dong" for the third consecutive week.

The boy band, who performed without member Onew who is recovering from the influenza flu, took the Mutizen Song award on Sunday music show "Inkigayo" with their latest single "Ring" from their recently-released mini-album "2009, Year Of Us".

They have won the top award on the weekly program since the first week of November and was No. 1 on major broadcaster KBS' show Music Bank for two weeks before handing over the crown to idol group SS501 last week.

SHINee has remained strong on music charts despite another of its members, Jonghyun, coming down with the dreaded flu strain. The 19-year-old singer was diagnosed with the influenza flu early this month.
