U-Kiss to kick off promotional tour in Asia next month

Korean idols U-Kiss is set to embark on a promotional tour in several countries in Asia starting next month, according to their agency NH Media on Thursday.

NH announced in a press release that U-Kiss will visit Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore, as well as holding a fan meeting and showcase in Brunei which will make them the first Korean artist to perform in the country.

“The boys will be heading off to Brunei on May 28 and return to Korea two days later,” a PR official from NH told 10Asia over the phone, adding that the group will then visit the other Asian countries.

"We feel that this will be a new and interesting experience since none of us have ever visited Brunei before,” the members of U-Kiss said in the statement. "We are nervous and working hard on perfecting our performance because we will be first-ever Korean singers to do so."

U-Kiss (Ubiquitous Korean International Super Star) made their debut with single album "New Generation" in September 2008. They have produced a number of hit songs including "Shut Up," "Manmanhani," and "Round and Round."

The boys made a successful return to the local music scene with their fifth mini-album “Bran New Kiss” in March and have topped a number of online music charts with title track "0330."
