Korean idol group Super Junior-M will release a repackaged version of their latest mini-album tomorrow, informed their agency SM Entertainment on Thursday.


According to a press release by SM, the repackaged version of Super Junior-M’s second mini-album “Perfection” which will be in a CD+DVD version, will go on sale in Korea and Taiwan simultaneously starting tomorrow.

“Perfection” (太完美) which is one of Super Junior-M’s hit albums released in February of this year, was placed No.1 on Taiwan’s top radio music chart "HIT FM Hito," No. 1 on China’s top music program "China TOP Music Chart," and yielded the highest sales figures, according to estimates by the weekly music chart by major record chains Kuang Nan and CCR-MUSIC.


The upcoming album will include an a cappella version of famous Taiwanese folk song “Words of the Westerly Wind (西風的話),” arranged by SM's popular composer Kenzie and sung by members Kyuhyun, Zhou Mi and Ryeowook.

The version to be released in China and Taiwan will include the Korean version of the song “Perfection.”


Meanwhile, the DVD will consist of photographs in Super Junior-M’s album jacket and a music video of “Perfection” in both the Korean and Chinese version.


The statement also said that three major Chinese portals Sina.com, Sohu.com and Netease Entertainment have already begun the streaming service for the Korean version of song “Perfection” and folk song “Words of the Westerly Wind” since April 15 while they started to be featured on Taiwanese TV and radio starting April 18.


Super Junior-M, composed of members Siwon, Donghae, Henry, Zhou Mi, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, Eunhyuk and Sungmin was first formed in April 2008 as the third sub-unit of 13-member Super Junior that include other sub-groups Super Junior-T, Super Junior-K.R.Y. and Super Junior-Happy.


They released their first album ‘迷 (Me)' and received the award for Best Group in 2008 and followed it up with their first mini-album “SUPER GIRL” in September 2009.

Riding the high popularity, the members were also hired as models to advertise for global soft drink brand Pepsi and China's mobile phone brand OPPO and further won as the most popular group at the Golden Chinese Chart Awards held at the Taipei Arena in early April.
