Super Junior member Donghae posed with his cast mates from an upcoming Taiwanese drama today.
A photograph posted on his official Twitter account (http://twitter.com/donghae861015) on Thursday showed the idol star with his thumbs up while standing next to Chinese actress Ivy Chen, fellow Super Junior member Siwon and Taiwanese actress Bianca Bai for their new TV series "Extravagant Challenge."
A comment underneath the picture read, "'Extravagant Challenge!!!' FIGHTING!!! We just finished the script reading for the show. I hope you all have high expectations for it!!"
Just last week, "Extravagant Challenge" producer Doze Niu posted several pictures with Donghae and Siwon on his official Weibo account [Chinese version of Twitter] after the cast attended the press conference for the show.
Donghae and Siwon have been cast as the male leads for “Extravagant Challenge,” an adaptation of the popular Japanese manga “Skip Beat,” which will air on Taiwan’s GTV. The idol stars are set to stay in Taiwan for four months to shoot the series which began production on March 31.
The two singers made their debut in the 13-member boy band Super Junior in 2005, releasing their first album "SuperJunior05" and has since produced numerous hit songs such as “Sorry, Sorry,” “It’s You,” “Rukkugo” and “BONAMANA.”
Donghae and Siwon have expanded their careers into acting, starring in SBS' Monday and Tuesday drama "I'm Ok, Daddy" and "Oh! My Lady" and "Athena," respectively.
Meanwhile, the boys are also promoting Super Junior-M's second mini-album "Perfection," released on February 25, in the Greater China region.
