Korean singer Kim Hyung-jun will visit Hong Kong and Taiwan this month for his Asia tour, according to his agency S-Plus Entertainment.


On Wednesday, S-Plus announced in a press release that Kim, who kicked off his Asia tour in Singapore in June, will meet with 1,000 fans in Hong Kong on July 17 and 2,400 fans in Taiwan the following week.

In the meantime, Kim released the music video for his upcoming Japanese single titled "Long Night" on Monday while the album will go on sale on July 27.


An official from S-Plus told 10Asia over the phone that Kim will also celebrate his birthday in Korea with a concert and fan meeting titled "2! 5! Concert" at Yonsei University's Centennial Hall in Seoul on August 3.

Kim made his debut as one of the members of popular boy band SS501 in 2005, producing several hit songs such as “Warning,” “My Girl,” “Love Ya” and “Love Like This.” After the group's contract with DSP Media expired, he signed with S-Plus Entertainment in August 2010.


He made his comeback to the local music scene with his first mini-album "My Girl" and promoted the title track "oH aH" in early March.

He officially kicked off his singing activities in Japan after signing with AVEX in January and will be in the country for his "Summer Festival Tour" where he will hold a series of seven shows in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya till the end of August.
