SHINee Minho shows support for f(x)

Boy band SHINee member Minho has expressed his support for SM Entertainment labelmate f(x).

Minho on Thursday posted a photograph on his me2day account showing himself holding up f(x)'s new album "PINOCCHIO" in one hand while faking an elongated nose with a finger on his other hand.

A comment along with the photo read, "My only, as well as pretty and nice juniors! f(x)! Congratulations on your first full-length album. I also hear good news. Go Pinocchio!"

He then added, "Everybody, you shouldn't lie, you know that right? I'm Pinocchio too!"

Minho, 19, is a member of his five-member boy band SHINee who debuted in 2008. He and his fellow bandmates Key, Jonghyun, Taemin and Onew have produced many hits songs including “Replay,” “Ring Ding Dong” and “LUCIFER.”

f(x), composed of members Victoria, Sulli, Luna, Krystal and Amber, f(x) made their debut in September 2009 with their first single "LA chA Ta" and followed it up with songs "Chocolate Love," "Chu~♡" and "NU ABO."

Their first studio release "PINOCCHIO," with the title track of the same name, has been topping various online music charts since its release on Monday.

The record itself went on sale yesterday and the girls are set to stage their comeback performance on this week's live music shows of KBS’ “Music Bank,” MBC’s “Show! Music Core,” and SBS’ “Inkigayo.”
