SBS TV series "Secret Garden" to be turned into radio show

Popular SBS TV series "Secret Garden," starring Hyun Bin and Ha Ji-won, will be turned into a radio show, according to the drama's producer SBS on Friday.

SBS announced in a press release that the 20-part drama will be re-made for the radio, featuring the voices of Hyun Bin, Ha Ji-won, Yoon Sang-hyun and Kim Sa-rang, and hit airwaves every Saturday and Sunday nights for two months starting April 9.

"Secret Garden" is a romantic fantasy about two people (played by Hyun Bin and Ha Ji-won) who switch souls every time it rains.

The show ended its two-month run in mid-January and has brought in viewership ratings in the 30 percent mark and garnered much interest regarding its fashion, catchphrases and music.

The TV series has also been sold to 13 countries in the Asia region including Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia and the United States.
