Teaser clips of 4minute's new album starring member Hyun-a [Cube Entertainment]

Idol group 4minute which is set for a comeback next week after a year-long hiatus, posted a teaser clip for their upcoming album on its official website on Thursday.

The teaser clip, shown on 4minutes’s official websites (www.4min.co.kr), related YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/4minuteofficial) and GomTV under the title “Stealing the Dream of Twenty,” features member Hyun-a.

She is seen getting ready in front of the mirror, putting on a black stocking, then after kissing her image reflected in the mirror, she narrates, “I thought the world would be mine when I turned 20. I wasn’t wrong. The world is cheering for me. Are they waiting for me? I’m an entire world by myself right now.”

The clip ends with a line from fairy tale “Snow White”: “ Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?”

Through a press release the same day, 4minute's agency Cube Entertainment explained that video clips of other members of the group will soon follow while they are set to release a new album online next Tuesday.

4minute splashed into the local music scene with their debut single "Hot Issue" in 2009 and has enjoyed success in several Asian countries including Taiwan and the Philippines with their mini-album "For Muzik."

They were the first K-pop girl group to branch out into the Japanese market in early May last year where they produced three Japanese singles including "Muzik," "I My Me Mine" and "First." The group's first full-length album "DIAMOND" was released in the country in early December.

The girls received the "K-Pop New Artists Award" at the Billboard Japan Music Awards in February and have been promoting their latest Japanese single "WHY."
