SS501 Park Jung-min kicks off showcase in Korea over the weekend
Korean idol Park Jung-min held a meet-and-greet over the weekend, kicking off the first stop of his showcase and fan meeting in Korea.
Park began the event held at the Children's Grand Park on January 22 by greeting the fans saying, "Hello! My name is Park Jung-min and I have lost 10 kilograms but I am still heavier compared to when I made my debut," causing fans to laugh.
He then took the stage for his performance of his title track "Not Alone" from his album of the same name followed by duet song "If You Cannot" with special guest SS501 member Kim Hyung-joon.
Park also sang several other songs from his album such as "It's Christmas Everyday" and "Did You Know?"
"I would appreciate the support from my fans during my promotional event for my new album. I love you all very much," Park said at the end of his showcase.
The singer will continue his showcase and fan meeting onto Japan and Taiwan next month to promote his new album.
Park made his debut as one of the members of popular boy band SS501 in 2005 and has appeared in various television shows as well as starring in the musical "Grease."
