Korean actor Won Bin attended fashion brand Burberry's store opening in Singapore, according to a press release on Thursday.

The Hallyu star, who rarely attends fashion events, made a public appearance at Singapore's Iron Orchard Store opening party on Tuesday.

Won Bin first collaborated with Burberry in June during a photo shoot with fashion magazine Bazaar Korea, on which he appeared as the first male cover model. He was the only Korean actor invited to the event by Burberry Creative Director Christopher Bailey.

The 31-year-old actor is set to donate all his profits from the event and fashion spread to UNICEF Asia to support the children victims of the recent earthquake in Malaysia.

He is also set to grace the cover of a newly launching magazine "Mensfolio", which will be published in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Won Bin debuted in 1997 with TV series "Propose" with his breakthrough role coming three years later in KBS drama "Autumn Fairy Tale", in which he co-starred with two other Hallyu stars Song Seung-hun and Song Hye-kyo.

He made his movie debut in "Guns & Talks" in 2001 and has not returned to television since. He last appeared in director Bong Joon-ho's critically acclaimed film "Mother" this year and is currently shooting an action flick tentatively titled "Ah-jjeo-sshii", which is due out next summer.
