"Queen Seon-deok" continues reign on TV chart

MBC's "Queen Seon-deok" kept its crown as the most watched drama for the seventh consecutive week.

The historical drama scored an average 42.1 percent viewership rating, according to statistics released by TNS Media Korea on Monday.

KBS2-TV's weekend drama "My Too Perfect Sons" followed with a 39 percent rating and KBS' daily soap "Jolly Widows" came in third with a 19.7 percent rating.

In the non-drama category, KBS2-TV's "Gag Concert" came in first with a 22.9 percent rating, while KBS2-TV's "Happy Sunday" and SBS's "Family Outing" trailed behind with ratings of 22.4 percent and 20.4 percent, respectively.
