SS501 dance team member infected with H1N1

A dance team member of idol group SS501 has been infected with the H1N1 influenza virus, according to the group's agency on Thursday.

"A member of the dance team who was in Japan with SS501 has also been diagnosed with the flu," said an official at DSP Media.

The official explained the dancer is not in a serious condition, having received treatment at a hospital soon after noticing symptoms.

Kim Hyun-joong, leader of the popular boy band, was diagnosed with the flu virus on Tuesday while in Japan to promote hit drama series "Boys Over Flowers." He is recovering but remains hospitalized in Tokyo for further observation.
