Jang Dong-gun's "My Way" to hit theaters in Korea, Japan in Dec
Famed director Kang Je-gyu's Hollywood debut movie "My Way" is scheduled to open simultaneously in Korea and Japan in December.
The film's distributor SK Telecom and CJ Entertainment announced on Wednesday that "My Way" will open in 250 movie theaters in Japan through CJ Entertainment Japan on the same release date as in Korea.
Earlier this week, the distributor released the first-ever still images of Jang Dong-gun held at gunpoint and another of a fiery background.
"My Way," starring Jang Dong-gun, Japanese actor Odagiri Joe and Chinese actress Fan Bingbing, tells about an Asian soldier (played by Jang) who was captured by the Japanese army and later turned over to the German Nazis during World War II.
