"All About Marriage" becomes No. 1 show on weekly chart

Weekend family drama "All About Marriage" [KBS]

KBS' weekend drama "All About Marriage" became the most-watched show in the country last week for the first time in its showing.

Figures by TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics) on Monday revealed that "Marriage" topped television charts with a viewership rating of 25.3 percent.

"All About Marriage," starring Kim Ji-yeong and Lee Jong-Hyeok, is about modern married life in Korea featuring four couples dealing with their problems and finding out what true love is.

Coming in at No. 2 was MBC's historical drama "Dong Yi - Jewel in the Crown" with a rating of 24.6 percent and rounding out the top three on TNmS' chart was KBS' daily series "Good Day" with ratings of 24.3 percent.

Meanwhile, AGB Nielsen Media Research reported that KBS' weekly and weekend dramas "Good Day" and "All About Marriage" were the most-watched shows in the country, both seeing ratings of 26.8 percent, while MBC's Wednesday and Thursday series "Dong Yi - Jewel in the Crown" placed in third with a rating of 24.4 percent.
