Shinhwa members Eric and Min-woo will establish their own entertainment company, according to Eric's agency Top Class Entertainment.

"It's true that Eric and Min-woo have met to discuss opening an affiliated company under the name Shinhwa Company," an official from Top Class told 10Asia over the phone on Friday. "The two will be working as co-C.E.O.s. although further details on it have yet to be finalized."

She then added that if all goes well, Shinhwa may resume their singing career as their six-man band through the new venture. "The members may make plans regarding their future long-term activities as a group there and aim to make a comeback sometime late next year."

Shinhwa made their debut in March 1998 under SM Entertainment and was known as one of the hottest boy bands alongside G.O.D, H.O.T and Sechs Kies. They then signed with record label Good Entertainment in July 2003 but soon parted ways to concentrate on their individual activities.

Currently, members Jun Jin and Min-woo are both serving their mandatory two year military service as public service works, while Andy is fulfilling his duties as a active duty soldier.
