After School to disclose teaser clip to new song

After School will unveil a teaser for the music video of their upcoming new song, revealed the group's agency Pledis on Thursday.

According to a press release by Pledis, the nine-member group, set to return to the local music scene for the first time in a year with their first regular album “VIRGIN,” will disclose a teaser clip to the music video of the record's title track “Shampoo” on Friday.

“Shampoo" is a collaboration between poet Won Tae-yeon who wrote the lyrics for popular song "That Man," the soundtrack to smash hit drama "Secret Garden," and Daishi Dance, a famed DJ and music producer in Japan who composed boy band Big Bang's song "Haru Haru" and most recently, girl band Rainbow’s dance number “TO ME.”

In the meantime, Pledis has revealed teaser images of all the girls of After School, revealing the concept for “VIRGIN," set to hit stores next Friday.

The photographs which grouped the members in the order they joined After School, first featured E-young as the school’s freshman on Monday followed by a group photo of Raina, NaNa and Lizzy highlighted as sophomores on Tuesday, U-ie posing by herself as a junior on Wednesday, and members Kahi, Jungah, Juyeon and Bekah as seniors today.

After School debuted in 2009 with their first mini-album “New Schoolgirl” and has released several more including the second mini-album "Because of You," third mini-album "Bang!" and Christmas album “HAPPY PLEDIS The 1st Album.”
