Nine-member group Girls' Generation was the most-searched K-pop artist on top Korean portal site Naver this year.
NHN Corporation, in charge of operating Naver, announced on Wednesday that the "2010 Naver Music Chart" revealed that Girls' Generation was the most-searched artist and girl group while their songs "Oh," "Hoot" and "Run Devil Run" ranked within the top ten most-downloaded songs in 2010.
The "2010 Naver Music Chart" reflects the total number of music downloads, real-time ratings, real-time album chart and the accumulated number of times the artist was searched on the portal site.
The chart also revealed that miss A's debut single "Bad Girl Good Girl" was the most downloaded song in 2010 while other noteworthy songs on the list include 2NE1's "Go Away" in third place, Hot Potato's tune "Confession" in No. 5 and 2AM's "Can't Let You Go Even If I Die" in eighth.
