Tablo, Kang Hye-jung tie knot

Hip-hop group Epik High member Tablo and actress Kang Hye-jung became husband and wife after exchanging vows at a wedding held behind closed doors on Monday.

The wedding held at wedding estate Bailey House invited only family, relatives and close friends, including famed director Park Chan-wook and actors Song Kang-ho and Ahn Sung-ki.

Hip-hop group Leessang, whose song is currently atop song charts, sang a congratulatory song for the newlywed who are set to go to Europe on honeymoon next week.

"I am happy! We're going to live a great life!" Tablo wrote under a photograph of him and Kang in a posting on his me2day blog account just hours ahead of his wedding. He had also written, "My future... I'm looking forward to it!" earlier in the morning.

The couple announced plans of their marriage in early September, along with news that they also have a baby on the way. They had dated since meeting at Epik High's concert last Christmas.

Kang is a critically acclaimed actress who became a household name for her role in "Old Boy" by Park Chan-wook which took the Grand Prix award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2004.

Tablo is the leader of popular hip-hop duo which debuted in 2003.
