Brown Eyed Girls excited over 1st win on "M! CountDown"
Korean female idols Brown Eyed Girls were named the winners on cable music channel Mnet's "M! CountDown" on Thursday.
The quartet took the No. 1 spot on the show with their title track "Sixth Sense," from their fourth full-length album of the same name, against singers Huh Gak and Kim Hyun-joong.
"We want to thank everyone at our agency, our managers and the composers of 'Sixth Sense,'" Brown Eyed Girls' leader Jea said in their acceptance speech. "We also want to thank our fans for always showing their support."
Other performers on last night's show included SECRET, INFINITE, Wheesung, Clover, U-Kiss, FTIsland, Simon D., Kan Mi-youn, Davichi and Boyfriend.

Brown Eyed Girls, who made their debut in 2006, have been busy promoting their title tracks "Sixth Sense" and "Hot Shot" on various televised music programs since its release on September 23.
