“Superstar K 2” Star Kang Seung-yoon to Drop 1st Single Next Year

“Instinctively” singer Kang Seung-yoon is revving up to mark his official singing debut early next year, a PR rep from YG Entertainment told the magazine Wednesday.

After getting spotlighted with his talents on Mnet’s “Superstar K 2” and inked deal with the major talent firm in 2010, Kang is finally releasing his anticipated record next February at latest.

"Yang Hyun-suk [YG's C.E.O and the chief producer] recently ordered producers to write Kang's debut tune. Yang has been paying much attention to him and the project," the rep explained.

Kang has achieved the fourth position on the popular audition program and gained much popularity with his confident personality and husky voice in hit remake tune “Instinctively.”

The young guitarist has marked his acting debut on MBC’s sitcom “High Kick 3” as an off-the-wall high school student last year.
