Still cuts of Korean actress Park Shin-hye on the set of MBC's upcoming TV series have been revealed.
The show's promoter YTree Media released several photographs of Park on Friday, showing the actress as her character Lee Kyu-won and relaxing on the set of the Wednesday and Thursday TV series titled "Heartstrings" which will premiere on June 29.
"I feel like I'm actually attending school because 'Heartstrings' is shot on an actual campus and the other actors are the same age as me," Park was quoted as saying.
"Heartstrings" tells the story of Lee Kyu-won (Park) who is studying Korean traditional music and an expert in gayageum (Korean harp), while Jung plays the role of Lee Shin, the lead singer of a band who wins over the hearts of all the girls on campus.
The series will be helmed by helmed by scenarist Lee Myung-sook and producer Pyo Min-soo whose previous works include hit melodramas such as “Full House” (KBS, 2004) and “Worlds Within” (KBS, 2008).
The show's cast also includes CNBLUE drummer Kang Min-hyuk, actors Song Chang-eui and So E-hyun.
