Kim Ha-neul takes pictures with her "Pet"

Korean actress Kim Ha-neul has posted several pictures with her "Pet" on her official Facebook account.

On Tuesday, Kim uploaded a number of photographs with Hallyu star Jang Keun-suk, her co-star from the upcoming movie "You're My Pet (translated title)," which were taken during promotional events for the film in Japan in March.

"The pictures of the actors were taken on March 3, when the two were in Japan for the press conference for 'You're My Pet,'" an official from Kim's agency J.One Plus Entertainment told 10Asia over the phone today. "We haven't received the final schedule yet but the film will crank in sometime in mid-May."

Kim and Jang will play the main characters in "You're My Pet," based on the Japanese comic titled "きみはペット," which tells the story about a career woman who receives attention for her pretty looks and capability at the workplace yet knows nothing of the ways of the world when it comes to intrapersonal skills and dating.

She then meets a classical ballet dancer who becomes her personal 'pet' which will be played by Jang.

Kim has enjoyed steady popularity in Korea since her debut in 1996, starring in numerous hit TV dramas and movies, including SBS TV series "On Air" and MBC’s “Road No. 1” and films "My Tutor Friend" and "My Girlfriend is an Agent."

She recently finished shooting thriller "Blind," set to open in theaters this summer, alongside actor Yoo Seung-ho.
