Suzy of miss A to strut on catwalk of Seoul Fashion Week

Suzy from girl group miss A has been selected as a model for Seoul Fashion Week, according to her agency JYP Entertainment (JYPE) on Thursday.

JYPE explained through a press release that Bae Suzy will walk the runway for the first time today through the fashion show for brand Jardin de Chouette by designer Kim Jae-hyun.

This is part of the ongoing 2011 Seoul Fashion Week, considered the biggest fashion event in Korea taking place at Seoul Trade Exhibition & Convention from March 28 to April 2.

Actresses Chae Jung-an and Han Go-eun will also walk Kim Jae-hyun's fashion show while songstress G.NA is set to grace the runway of designer Lie Sang-bong.

Suzy debuted as one of the four-member girl group miss A in July last year with "Bad Girl Good Girl" which swept numerous music charts for several weeks and followed it up with their second single album "Step Up" whose title track "Breathe" also proved to be a big hit.

She also debuted on the small screen in January of this year through KBS teenage drama “Dream High” which recorded the highest rating amongst shows in the same Monday and Tuesday primetime slot.
