Korean film "Take Off" broke its own record set yesterday to become the seventh-most watched film in Korean history, according to a press release on Tuesday.
The summer blockbuster film accumulated a total of over 8.32 million viewers since its release on July 29, climbing one step from its position at No. 8 the previous day, producer KM Culture announced in the statement.

The sports flick, now into its eleventh week of release, is likely to surpass the record for No. 6, currently held by "D-War" with 8.42 million viewers.
"Off", starring Ha Jung-woo, was inspired by a true story about a group of ski jumpers who prepare to compete for the Olympics. The director's cut version is still keeping the film strong on Korean box office.
