Korean actor and director Yoo Ji-tae has been selected to judge at this year's Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF), according to a European film website.
Yoo will be a member of the competition jury headed by award-winning director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu at the TIFF which opens on October 17, screendaily.com reported.
Four others, including actress Mieko Harada, director-actor Jerzy Skolimowski, cinematographer Caroline Champetier and Athenee Francais cultural center director Masamichi Masamuto, will also be on the jury.

Yoo has also been picked as a member of the Jury for Wide Angle at the 14th Pusan International Film Festival (PIFF) taking place from October 8 to 16.
The 33-year-old actor has appeared in some of South Korea's most critically acclaimed films, including 2004 Cannes Film Festival Grand Prix winner "Old Boy" and "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" which competed for the Golden Lion at the 62nd Venice International Film Festival.
