Se7en wraps up Asia promotion, readying new album
Singer Se7en wrapped up his promotional activities in Asia over the weekend and is going to start working on a new album.
An official with YG Entertainment told 10Asia over the phone on Monday that Se7en returned to Korea yesterday after promoting himself in several countries including Thailand, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong starting late March.
She then said the singer will now start preparing for the release of his next album although the date of when it will become ready for fans cannot be revealed yet.
His last album was in July last year with his record "Digital Bounce," his first since 2006 due to pursuing a singing career in the U.S., which topped various online and offline music charts.
Born as Choi Dong-wook, Se7en trained under YG Entertainment for four years before making his debut in 2003 with the album "Just Listen." He became popular throughout Asia, releasing four full-length albums in Korea and seven singles in Japan.
