“My Heart Beating” bounces up to top spot on Gaon chart
“My Heart Beating” has topped Gaon's singles chart during the third week of March after making an 11-spot jump from the previous week.
The song, which is one of the title tracks to K.will’s second mini-album of the same name released this month, sings of the budding love between two lovers as portrayed through its music video starring songstress IU and Lee Joon from boy band MBLAQ.
Entering the chart to claim second place was “Heart Aching Story,” an R&B ballad from Wheesung’s third single album that also features rapping by boy band BEAST’s member Jun-hyung.
Meanwhile, former winner Song Jieun’s “Going Crazy” that sang of obsessive love, fell back two spots on the latest chart to land on third place.
On the albums chart, TVXQ’s repackaged version of their fifth album “Why (Keep Your Head Down)” that newly entered the chart took first place.
The album which was released last week features all the songs from the original version of the album plus new title track “Before U Go” and variations of it.
Another newbie to the chart was trio male group SG Wanna Be’s part two of their seventh album officially titled “SG Wanna Be 7 Pt. 2” with title track “Just,” released the same day as TVXQ’s latest album.
